Hi, I bought my first iPhone (6s) at Koodo store on Spring garden road a week ago. I would like to mention my huge appreciation to Amanda who helped me setting up my iPhone for more than 3 hours to get it right. There must had been systematic issue with my old Apple ID or account, so we worked on reset password for several time, have done same procedures over and again. She put lots effort to solve problem, kind advise, was patient with all procedures seemed just keep looping back and forth. Eventually the problem could not be solved at store, however I took it to Apple store in Halifax shopping centre next day to be fixed. I still would not know what was the cause of problem as I just followed what apple customer service on the phone told me to do. But after all, I wanted let her know my iPhone 6s has been able to download apps and all other stuffs for its function, ran to store to thank Amanda. I asked Amanda to let me write good review of hers on google, but instead she gave this E-mail address that I am writing to. You have a such amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Also gentleman at the store was helpful, suggested us several different approach to solve problem. I felt real good about service at the store. I actually used to live in Halifax 5 years ago for nearly 2 years. Since I am back here things has been changed bit as many Chinese people are quite rude as their nature of culture, I also get treated as bad although I am Japanese. I am not offending against any race or nationality as I have good Chinese friends but it is sad my great impression of Halifax city is now slightly changing. It was nice to see real good local or people in Halifax working at Koodo store on Spring garden road. I am sure for coming back there if I had a any issue with my phone or just to have a chat with your friendly helpful staffs. Thank you for reading such a long sentences. Best regards Masa

I had dropped my phone and shattered the screen rendering the phone bascially useless I dropped into the nearest telus dealer and spoke to the 2 reps there because I had insurance on my phone there was a loaner phone to me for the next Jonathan and corey both helped me they recognized that I had 10 months left on my current contract and talked to me about a deal they had going on the new version of the phone I had to send away I dropped back in 2 days later they remembered me had me set up with a new phone plan and answered all my questions plus were able to getvme a break on my device balance for my broken phone I will remain loyal to Telus becausr of the service these guys provided they need to be comended working in a customer service job myself I know the good service from bad and they provided exceptional service

I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know the service I received from one of your staff over the weekend. Our hockey team had purchased a device from the Telus store, earlier in the week, that was not working as it should have (likely our own fault). We were quite stressed because if we couldn’t get it working we would have been in a whole lot of hot water. The service I received from Telus employee Nick M was fabulous. He was extremely calm and patient and was able to turn a very stressful situation into a positive one. Many people might have taken a different approach (defensive) in dealing with the situation but Nick M was understanding and helpful and was not looking to point fingers. His primary focus was making the situation right for the customer. This type of service is what I consider to be the most valuable when choosing a business to deal with.

I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience in dealing with Mr. Jordan Dearing, Team Leader, Advantage Wireless - Parklane. In the past I have experienced a long history of frustration in dealing with another cellular carrier and their staff. I was very hesitant to deal with dealers and telecommunications companies after that experience. Jordan has restored my opinion in this regard and has been extremely professional and helpful in my dealings with Advantage Wireless when setting up a new account for myself and my children.
