Dear Nick,

Johnathan has been a great help to me in choosing the best mobile solution to me for the past two months during my job transition.

It has been a long and confusing process to switch my business phone plan to my personal plan from my previous employer, then a new plan with my new employer. During this process, Johnathan has been very patient, flexible and innovative in finding best solutions for me. He went to extra miles in advising me to get a second hand smart phone and to explain my situation to my former employer in gaining same understanding. He have also advised me how to get most from my phone plan and use and manage data wisely.

I am impressed with this outstanding service and 

I want to bring this to your attention. I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way.

Your employee, Darius Parsons, was very helpful to me today.  I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy 3 cell phone and since I am a Telus customer, I dropped by hoping that someone could provide assistance. 

Darius was very helpful in fixing the problem, as well as explaining to me how he fixed it.  I was pleased with his expert assistance and am happy to give him a great recommendation as a very good efficient employee.

Dear Mr Doucette,

Today my husband and I went to your Brownlow location to discuss and potentially switch our cell phone service from Rogers to Telus. We were served by Ashley Lawrence who did an amazing job! She helped us find the best plan for our needs, select phones with the correct amount of storage, set our phones up and put on the cases we had selected. The entire time she helped us she was pleasant and entertaining, despite the fact the computer and credit card system kept on crashing. She was extremely professional despite the hectic Boxing Day environment. We have rarely received such good customer service in any industry and never in the cellphone industry, which gave us great confidence in our switch to Telus.

We dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jonathan, he was simply amazing. I could write a book about all the things he did that was really impressive, however, the one overall impression was he really cares about the customer…

My name is Jessica, I most recently switched to Kudo from
Rogers. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about an awesome
positive customer service experience I had. I was fortunate to be
helped by Alex and Kevin at your Spring Garden location!

I have a long-standing negative experience with Rogers and I was
hoping to make an easy transition away from them. However, like always
(unfortunately) nothing is simple with them. I had consulted with Alex
earlier in the week and picked a plan with Kudo that worked best for
me. He advised me I would have to get my phone unlocked by Rogers. I
called and got it unlocked. I went to Kudo and the SIM card wasn't
working. So they advised me that my phone must not be unlocked so to
call Rogers again. I proceeded to finalise the "unlocking" process
with restoring my iPhone on my computer (which I wasn't told was
necessary the first time). The number had already been ported so I
didn't have a working phone. For 2 days I was without a phone because
Rogers kept insisting they unlocked it. I proceeded to go back to Kudo
thinking it was maybe the SIM card as I had called and they assured me
it was unlocked. When I entered Kudo/Telus they walked me through
doing it all again and the SIM still wouldn't work. One of your
associates even tried her personal SIM card and it was clear this
phone wasn't unlocked. At this point, I was very frustrated with Rogers
and felt like I was being held hostage by their terrible customer
service. The associates at your store allowed
me to use the phone (because mine wasn't working) to call Rogers
technical support. I finally got a service representative that
listened and they ended up realising they unlocked the wrong phone!
Your customer service representatives were so patient and allowed me
to use their phone for 40 minutes while Rogers finally unlocked my
actual phone. Sure enough, I put in my Kudo SIM card in and my phone

Your customer service representatives (Kevin, Alex and the other girl
that was there on the second night) were so great! They listened and
helped me navigate through various strategies to try and how to
communicate with Rogers. They were patient, supportive and
understanding! They are clearly very good at their job and should be
told! It made me feel even more sure about my decision to switch!

I have told everyone about how great of a plan I now have and how
helpful your associates were. I hope you get a chance to tell them how
great they were.

I wanted to write to let you know how impressed I was with the service received at your store on Spring Garden. I spoke with both Alex and Kevin and was impressed with both their knowledge, their trustworthiness and their willingness to help.  I've been to a few of your competitors' stores in the past and found that I wanted to work with your guys and, as a result, ended up signing two contracts over the weekend. 
The guys worked well together.  I talked to Kevin on Friday and was hoping to catch him on Saturday after I did some research on the phones. He wasn't in when we came in but Alex picked up where he left off and knew about my conversation with Kevin. Alex was very thorough and made sure to set our expectations - from trade-in tax calculations to billing. He also met me on his way home to drop off my old phone that I mistakenly left behind... in the cold!

Earlier today my husband and I went to the Telus location in Lower Sackville to upgrade my husband's cell phone. Our customer service representative's name was Nick Mermigas, and we are beyond pleased with the service he was able to provide.
My husband had been neglecting to upgrade his phone as he had bad experiences with Telus in the past. He was considering leaving Telus and moving his business elsewhere but we thought we would go into a location and talk to a representative about his upgrade options.
Nick was nothing but positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and he was able to provide us with the confidence we needed to make the proper decision - and he even saved us money in the process.
I write this with the hope that Nick will be rewarded in some way for the exceptional customer service he provided, as he went above and beyond any other customer service representative I have come across in the past.

I wanted to share a great customer experience I had at your office. 

 We, at Metro Gutter, had a long delay (dead sound) on our phone answer service - trying everything to figure it out to no avail. I met with Brandon Faulkner yesterday. He listened attentively and with great enthusiasm, found a solution. He then went above and beyond by helping me set up some specific background music I wanted in place while our calls were being connected. Overall, Bren and I are very happy with the end result.

I've also had a few issues with my personal phone wherein Ashley Lawrence took charge. She not only resolved my concerns but also came up with an alternative to save me money on a new plan with a new phone. Prior to my arrival, I was quite frustrated and the last thing on my mind was to renew a contract with your company. Ashley now has me thinking about it.

I'm not sure how often people take the time to share positive feedback, but I think it is very important. I haven't cc'd Ashley or Brandon on this note, but I hope you will forward my comments. I think you are quite fortunate to have them in your employ!

After dealing with one of you agents Jenny Parker I decided I would continue with Telus. It was her great personality and understanding that made all of the difference. Recently I purchased a phone from Advantage Wireless. I am always amazed at just how incredibly good the service is! I have dealt with them both on a personal and a corporate level and they have never let me down...ever! Recently I upgraded my phone. I had some issues with it so I returned it for service. After a few attempts at fixing the problem, it was determined that it needed to be replaced. No problem! Andrew Brackley was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and just plain amazing to deal with. I just want to share the experience I had with Kaitlyn Walsh. I had come into the store (around 5:40 p.m., knowing you guys close at 6:00 p.m. but hoping it might be a quick solution). The touch on my iPhone completely stopped working. She quickly realised it was most likely because my screen was making a clicking noise when pressing on it and may be coming detached. Once she figured that out, she asked for my Apple ID to send off the request for repair. After being insistent on the same apple ID, and her trying over and over again for at least 25 minutes, I told her another Apple ID which ended up working. Knowing it was past 6 and that she's already been working way past closing, I insisted I could go to the Halifax Shopping Center and see if Apple could do something but she was doing anything she could to avoid me having to drive all the way over to Halifax & potentially using one of my damages with Apple Care. 

She ended up staying with me until 7:00 p.m. that night (an hour past closing time) & never showed frustration or any sign of rushing, she sincerely wanted to fix the problem and ensure I was happy. She even apologized for it taking so long when I knew it was my fault as I was giving her the wrong log in information, and therefore, she couldn't send it off to repair. I've worked in retail sales and there was nothing I hated more than people who show up last minute, and I can admit that in her shoes, I probably would've sent the customer over to the Apple Store for a quick way to get them out.
I think she should definitely be recognized for going above and beyond when she didn't need to at all, she was just that focused on helping me and couldn't have been more patient. She gave me a loaner phone for the remainder of the night & my phone was fixed the next day! I couldn't be happier or more pleased with my experience and thought I should share.

I wanted to let you know about the service I received from one of your staff over the weekend. Our hockey team had purchased a device from the Telus store, earlier in the week, that was not working as it should have (likely our own fault). We were quite stressed because if we couldn’t get it working we would have been in a whole lot of hot water. The service I received from Telus employee Nick Mermigas was fabulous. He was extremely calm and patient and was able to turn a very stressful situation into a positive one.  Many people might have taken a different approach (defensive) in dealing with the situation but Nick was understanding and helpful and was not looking to point fingers. His primary focus was making the situation right for the customer. This type of service is what I consider to be the most valuable when choosing a business to deal with.
