FAQHow do I pay my TELUS bill?
- You may pay by credit card at at TELUS location, on-line, pre-authorized payment, cheque (via mail), or by phone with your credit card.
Will I pay roaming charges?
- Our coverage is nationwide and all of our rate plans offer NO ROAMING nationwide! Please note, clients on “Talk Halifax” pay $0.20/min while on non TELUS carrier.
What is the Hardware Exchange policy?
- Your hardware may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
Is there a warranty on by phone or device?
- Yes. New phones have one year parts & labour on manufacturer defects. Self inflicted damage is not covered by warranty.
What time does Evenings & weekends start?
- 9:00 pm OR extended evenings & weekends may be added to your plan for a 6:00 or 5:00 pm start time.
Can I Switch to Advantage and Keep your Cell Phone Number?

What is SPARK?
- SPARK are bundled packages you may add to your plan that will enable you to do more with your TELUS phone. SPARK includes entertainment, information, and messaging; Email, text, picture and video messages; and Mobile music subscriptions, mobile radio & Navigator from your handset.
